Unless stated otherwise, closing dates for entries will be strictly four weeks prior to the competition. All entries will close at midnight on the Sunday four weeks before the competition. No entries will be accepted after this time. The competition organiser retains the right to close entries early in the event the competition becomes over subscribed. A limit of approximately 200 gymnasts will be placed on each day of competition.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of our UKG competitions we must, reluctantly, add some further procedures.
A limit on entries will be added to help comply with H&S regulations specifically with regard to spectators.
With immediate effect, all competition entries will start 6 weeks prior to the event and close 4 weeks prior to the event. No entries will be accepted outside of this time frame.
There will be a limit of 200 gymnasts per competition. All entries will close when this number is reached.
All entries must include the gymnasts UKG membership number or they will not be accepted. Clubs must also send their entry fee within 7 days or their entry will be cancelled.
It has been decided that the sale of spectator tickets will not move to an online system at this time and will remain pay on the day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
